Clark County} In the name of God Amen, I Thomas Preston of the State and County aforesaid being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament. Towit,

Item 1st I will that my Just debts be paid.

Item 2nd I will that all my estate both real and personal shall be kept together for the mutual benefit of my wife and children during her widowhood (Except such as my executors hereinafter named may think it best to sell, and if my wife should marry then it is my will that my estate should be equally divided between my said wife and children share and share alike.

I do hereby constitute and appoint my friends Francis A. Clark and John H. Love Sr. my Executors to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal. This 7th day of October 1836.
