Caulking, Sealing, Painting

Most of the caulking, sealing and painting projects we perform are either somehow related to our window cleaning service or to our high rise access expertise and capability.  Many times we delve into a these types of projects as a means of helping our customers get everything sparkling along with the glass.  Other times we are solving a problem we have been called on to tackle or perhaps one we have discovered while performing our window cleaning service.   

We have, however,  performed many very large caulking, sealing and painting projects, both stand alone and concurrent with the window cleaning. This is particularly true in the high rise category but also on the ground, we have performed many of these projects over the years.

Tim installs glazing putty the old fashioned way which is pretty much a lost art these days. This type of putty will last several decades longer than the caulking that glaziers typically use these days. Shaun and Tim apply the first of two coats of premium quality 30 yr. paint after having replaced cracked glass and glazing putty plus priming and caulking as needed Shaun and Tim carefully cut away excess paint and primer leaving a crisp finely detailed edge around the perimeter of each window pane. Once they are cleaned, properly glazed, caulked, primed and painted windows have a beautifully clean and crisp beveled frame appearance.
