Birth: Feb. 7, 1833 Jackson County Ohio, USA Death: Dec. 26, 1908 Fairland Ottawa County Oklahoma, USA James Benson Anderson was the son of James Jefferson Anderson and Margaret Elder. He married Sarah Ellen Padget, the daughter of Joseph G. Padget and Catherine Hughes, on May 8, 1856, in Washington County, IL. They had six children: Margaret, James, Anna, Emily, Lydia, and Mary.
