Learning is a never-ending process. In order to be competitive and be considered as a professional, one must continually add to their skill growth and continually learn new things. Along with this website, I've learned how to create and design products with the Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, and Captivate) and software from Microsoft (Word, Excel). These are skills that I've obtained in the Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) Master's degree program from West Texas A&M University.
I invite you to look at the projects I've created under the "Work Samples" page of this website. As my skill set grows, I will continually add new projects to this page. I also look forward to new and exciting opportunites in the Instructional Design and Technology field to add to my resume. I've been in the Customer Service industry for over 15 years now and I can honestly say that I've learned and grown from that experience over that time.
As I look forward into what will come with the skills I've obtained and will obtain, I know that I will be able to use those skills and experiences to make myself into the professional I set out to be.
