We take great care that our puppies are exposed to children from their earliest awareness, so that each SunDiata basenji has a lifelong love for "people puppies."
SunDiata puppies are raised in our home, in the middle of all our goings-on and with our adult dogs. They learn manners from the adults, and are housetrained, or nearly so, by 9 weeks.
