Most of us spend quite a bit of our time
eating, but few actually realise the significance of eating to magic.
There was a time when food was worshipped.
Food has always been used as sacrifice to Gods and Goddesses all over the world.
Food was also used as offerings to Nature
Spirits. So it's no surprise that food can
have an active and important role in magick.
This page is some of my favorite recipes, and
the magical energies they impart if they are prepared and eaten with visualization. :)
