TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
XTRACON LM ALLOY 201-20
Polyurethane Alloys
XTRACON LM ALLOY 201-20 a modified polyether urethane elastomer
alloy designed for extrusion and injection molding. The material
contains 20% of a proprietary ETP and is characterized by much
wider process temperature profile and rapid set-up speed while
maintaining excellent low temperature flexibility and the highly
elastic nature of the base polyurethane. The material has excellent
resistance to moisture and good abrasion. LM ALLOY 201-20
exhibits minimal stress whitening and very high tensile elongation.
This material would be an excellent candidate for wire and cable jacketing.
