   This website is dedicated to James William Farley and Ada Olive Bolen their forefathers and decendants. Below is a picture of their Old Home Place. Located on Bolen Road just off of Ellison Ridge Road. The house is no longer standing. I would appreciate any family history information including grave marker locations, pictures, written family historys. E-mail them to me and I will post them on this website. The links in the chart below contain a tremendous amount of information on our family tree. The book 12 generations of Farleys I would highly recomend because it contains information on the direct Grandfathers of the Southern West Virginia Farleys. The book History of Summers County also has a wealth of information on the Farley Family. The entire book A HISTORY OF MIDDLE NEW RIVER SETTLEMENTS AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORIES is posted on the internet and is free to read or print. The grave markers section has GPS coordinates of the grave locations so any one with a hand held GPS reciever can locate the grave. You can also see a topografic map or aerial photo of the location by typing in the coordinates on the Terra Server website link found in the chart below. Click on the name, and a picture of the tomb stone is provided. Soon I will get a Family Tree posted on this website. Some of the links in the chart below have family tree charts on them that agree with the information I have found.

       Please Let Me Know Of Any Broken Links On This Website. I have no control of the sites on the bottom two groups on this page. They contain so much information for our family tree research that I added links to them.
