Jack is starting to get on in years (he is almost 19 now). Jumping on the bed is now impossible, and stairs give him some problems, and his vision and hearing aren't what they used to be. He's getting somewhat forgetful and sometimes has difficulty in keeping his balance. However, he still seems to like living with us.
