c. 1943.  Doc's mother, she married William Fillmore Carawan who died in 1936.

This is my father, Charles Windley Carawan, as an infant (as you can see), in some unknown field.  Not really sure where this one was taken, and neither was he. Taken c. 1943. My Father.  He is one and a half years old, as it states on the back of the photo.  Which makes it around Christmas, 1943. Charlie Carawan 1 1/2 years old (1943) This is my grandfather Doc's brother Harvey Murl Carawan (8 May 1911-4 Nov 1972).
He is standing on the steps of the old WF Carawan house near Rose Bay.

Lou Jarvis, age 2 (c. 1948) Sidney Ange Whitley holding Lou Jarvis in front of the old Waters home,c. 1949.  This house was built by Moses Waters in the 1910s and torn down in 1962 to make way for Odie's brick home.  Lou currently resides there.  This is the best pic I have of the house.
