West Virginia State Farm Museum General's Barn

This barn was built especially to house the mounted body of General, his harness and the carriage he pulled in parades. General was the third largest horse that ever lived. He stood 19 1/2 hands high and had a certified weight of 2850 pounds. Funds for the building were provided by the State of West Virginia.
