I'm not exactly certain that Ruud Janssen sent this entry to the project. It has his mark (stamped on the back) and it is one of his designs. It mentions TAM (Travelling Art Mail) and IUOMA (International Union of Mail Artists), both organizations he started. Julie (ex post facto) Paquette is the inventor of the Fluxus Buck. Ruud Janssen designed a series of 30 for her, which were distributed on the mail art Eternal Network (just a name for the totality of all mail artist that are and ever were).
