The second week of vlogging offers my first CONFESSION regarding those things that I am NOT doing well in. Mainly, my bad habits in eating foods that I am allergic to. My intensity to dedicate myself to "self-love" and not do those things that make me sick doesn't kick in until July, 2007.

Although this video doesn't have much to do with my vlogging challenge regarding self-improvement, it fits better in this category than the blog or video section of this site. The reason I feel that it fits better here is because it shows that I am still dealing with a lot of odds and ends that have created clutter in my thinking. I am struggling at this point in my progress as I am about to leave the country with someone that I met on the internet only one and a half years earlier and have only spent days with him in the flesh over the past year. We had a relationship at this point, but it wasn't until we returned from this trip that things began to fall apart.

Cutting my Hair has been a diversion from staying focused on those things that really matter, which is to find a job and get out of debt. I have a history with messing with my appearance in a severe fashion when I am feeling less than attractive or self-confident thinking that if I do something externally it will fix the internal stuff. It's only a temporary fix.

I'm off track

My personal appearance seems to be an easy derailment for my attention to more important things, such as looking for work. This is just a diversion, a head game, to keep me off track. I realize that in September, 2007 and decide to leave my hair alone for the remainder of this challenge.

VIDEO LOG: I end a year long relationship and it gets a bit ugly.
